• Finished his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at UP Los Baños and passed the Licensure Examination for Registered Electrical Engineering;
• Received his Masteral Degree on Energy Engineering at UP-Diliman and published his journals on energy systems;
• With more than 11 years of work experience in renewable energy and energy efficiency; and
• Currently the Chief Energy Regulation Officer of the Renewable Energy Division of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
